Miyazacki (Taiyo no Tamago / 太陽の卵, "Egg of the Sun") is the legendary Japanese variety that regularly sells for thousands of dollars per fruit at premium markets worldwide. Distinguished by its deep ruby-red skin, intense sweetness (often 15+ brix), and complete absence of fibre.
We grow Miyazacki on a small scale at our Rajshahi farm under careful canopy management — each fruit is paper-bagged on the tree for uniform colour, hand-harvested, and rested to peak ripeness before despatch.
