Apple Mango is named for its rounded shape — about the size and form of a large apple. The flesh is firm even when ripe, allowing it to be sliced and eaten in wedges much like an apple.
Mild-sweet with a clean finish. Excellent for cubing into salads and salsas because the cubes hold their shape rather than going to pulp.
